Cannot Play Audio?
If you are unable to play/hear the audio throughout our site on your computer, you might try one or more of the following options:
Are your speakers turned on ? (power light visible on your speakers & volume turned up)
Turn the power to your speakers on, and turn up volume to a reasonable level.
Are your speakers muted?
Look at the bottom right of your screen next to the clock display for a little icon that resembles a speaker. If it is not visible you may have an < arrow hiding other icons. Click that < arrow and it will show the hidden icons. Find your speaker icon and double click it. This will bring up your computer's mixer. Be sure that all of your sliders are turned up to at least half way or more. Be sure that none of the MUTE boxes have a check mark in them, especially the WAVE control. If there is a check mark in any of these boxes, un-check them. (see illustrations below)
What version of Windows Media Player do you have installed?
The minimum Windows Media requirements for content played at FoodlandForum.com is version 9 or higher. If you see the Windows Media player (small box with play/pause type controls) but are unable to push any of the buttons, thus not able to produce any sound, you most likely have an outdated version of Windows Media Player installed on your computer.
To find out the version of Windows Media Player that you currently have, RIGHT CLICK with your mouse on any of the Windows Media Player controllers throughout our site and choose ABOUT. It will bring up a screen that looks similar to the one below:
